The magazine that opens doors cold email can't

GoalOpen conversations with hard-to-reach decision-makers in niche e-commerce verticals, where cold email gets ignored.
My roleThe idea, the offer and service design, and every word. Each issue is made for one lead: the content comes from research into their company, and the layout borrows from their industry: in the school-uniform issue the content boxes are drawn as school lockers, in the fashion issue as clothing tags. 100+ copies printed and posted so far, across four editions. Executed end to end.
Editions
Ready-built modules by verticalSchool photography, school uniforms, K-12 and more. Each cover adapts to the recipient's industry.

The first Magento event in Canada

GoalLaunch Meet Magento Canada 2025 from zero: no previous edition, no existing audience, one date in Toronto.
My roleCo-organizer on the scandiweb side, from the first social post to the last chair on site. Announcements, speaker promotion, ticket pushes, partner comms, then on the ground in Toronto for the set-up and the event itself.
🍁 Result: 300+ attendees, 15+ speakers and 10+ sponsors at a first-ever edition.

The wall that made prospects pitch us

GoalTurn booth traffic into real conversations at Meet Magento UK, instead of handing out flyers nobody reads.
My roleIdea and design of the full activation, from the wall to the bottle labels.
The wall“Leave your problems with us. Win €5,000 toward fixing it.” Visitors wrote their own pain points on sticky notes and put them up themselves. No pitch from us; they pitched us.
The bottles“scandiweb brewery”: labels styled as a craft beer, with real client results printed where the alcohol stats would be. A swag item people would really enjoy.
📝 Result: a wall full of leads, each note a prospect describing their problem in their own words.

The wheel with four ways to lose

GoalGet e-commerce decision-makers to ask about AI search optimisation (AEO) from a Meta feed, where every agency is now selling the same thing.
My roleConcept, copy and the animation: a luck wheel where four of five slots are bad outcomes for your brand in AI search. The ad makes the risk visible in three seconds. Campaign setup and bidding by the PPC team; the creative is mine.
🎰 Result: 0.75% click-through in a crowded B2B feed, and 1 in 25 of those clicks became an inbound contact. 14 leads in the first five weeks.

Part 04構築Landing pages, built with AICopy, structure, code

New services need a page before they need anything else. Sometimes the service starts with me too: I spot a gap in a new launch or in industry research, shape the offer, and get it approved by leadership. Then I write the page, structure it and build it myself with AI coding tools, so it goes from idea to live URL in days. Four examples, all live:

Anzelika Griscenko
hi, it's me ♡
About Me
RoleSenior Digital Marketing Specialist, scandiweb BasedRiga ↔ Osaka LanguagesLatvian, Russian, English: fluent · Japanese: N4

I picked marketing at 15, in a college class, and never really changed my mind. First practice in the marketing team at Welton Hotels, then college with a gold medal, then a bachelor's in business psychology and economics.

During university I joined scandiweb, a full-stack e-commerce agency, as a freelancer. Outreach team next, then a try at business development. Good at it, heart elsewhere. So: back to marketing.

Today I'm a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist there, responsible for physical outreach (paper, parcels, things that land on a desk; never cold email), PR, partnerships, creative digital advertising, new services and the landing pages that launch them, plus a share of event organisation. The thread through all of it: ideas that leave the screen and come back with numbers.
